To make lemon hand scrub combine 180g caster sugar, 2 tablespoons sea salt flakes, 125ml coconut oil (previously melted in the microwave), zest from one lemon and one drop of yellow food colouring. Coconut oil can be replaced with olive oil if preferred. Mix the ingredients together and store in an airtight container*. To use, add a teaspoonful of the scrub to moistened hands, work thoroughly into the skin and rinse. You will be surprised just how soft and sweet smelling your hands will be!
