On a white sandy beach in Indonesia, Paul professed his love for Gabrielle. One year later, on the very same beach, Paul got down on one knee and proposed with a beautiful diamond ring.
“From the very beginning we just wanted to have fun – a big celebration with our closest friends and family,” says Gabrielle. The beach was a significant inspiration for their day and they knew from the outset that they wanted to celebrate by the water. “We chose to celebrate at Zest, The Spit; a chic beach style affair with Americana style chairs, hessian table runners and posies of white and blush flowers,” she says.
They married at the ever-beautiful Cardinal Cerretti Chapel, Saint Patricks Estate in Manly; a spectacular and unforgettable location to say “I do”. Gabrielle wore a couture gown with a stunning plunge-back, full skirt and beaded embellishment.
Afterward, the newlyweds and their guests made their way to Zest and admired the views over Middle Harbour whilst sipping cocktails. After hours of celebrating, Gabrielle and Paul left the venue through a tunnel of sparklers, boarded a boat and waved goodbye to their guests.
