Rasha and Jason contacted the style team at Weddings by Desire just eight weeks before their wedding at Port Melbourne Yacht Club. The result was a soft, romantic aesthetic inspired by Rasha’s French heritage, creating a beautifully warm, intimate and wonderful celebration.

The ‘I dos’ took place under a handmade rich timber arch with lace timber detail, decorated beautifully with watercolour floral arrangements and paired with an antique marble signing table and comfy love seat. The gorgeous natural, romantic colour palette of coral, soft pink, ivory, rich wood and pops of green a subtle hint to spring days and the watercolours of French impressionists like Monet, Rousseau and Renoir.

Soft latte striped linen complements the personalised watercolour stationery and charming signage. Fragrant fresh blooms of peony, hydrangea, David Austin roses, sweet pea and freesia mingle delightfully with flowering foliage and wheat in mixed glass and cut crystal, creating an atmosphere that’s positively radiant.
