In the heart of the Hunter Valley, Sarah and Jimmy married in a bohemian-inspired celebration. Their day was imbued with heartfelt moments, shared with their family and closest friends.
They married at Peppers Creek Chapel and later celebrated in The Barrel Room; the perfect venue for a rustic Hunter Valley wedding. Inspired by the jewelled delights of 1920s fashion, Sarah wore a vintage style gown and carried a just-picked-from-the-garden bouquet.
In the months leading up to the big day she collected dozens of glass jars to use as vases and candle holders. Each table featured framed table numbers and stationery printed on eco-friendly paper. The natural theme continued with the bomboniere – guests were gifted a jar of local honey and a pot plant wrapped in hessian.
On the day the love was palpable and for Sarah and Jimmy it was a true blessing to share it all with their son, Flynn. The story of their day, including all the little details, was captured by April Werz. “She photographed every moment so naturally which is exactly what we wanted,” says Sarah.
