“We dated for six months in 2001 and then went our separate ways. When we reunited in 2010 we immediately fell in love,” says Bridgette. Their beautiful story culminated in a stunning wedding celebration.
Their wedding ceremony was held at Bridgette’s family home, in her late mother’s garden. She wore a classic gown with a high neckline and low v-back. Featuring French lace and a free-flowing ivory skirt, the dress was unique yet timeless. Her five bridesmaids wore feminine, floral dresses and carried bouquets of David Austin and Garden roses.
A candle was lit in Bridgette’s mother’s honour and after the ceremony, the newlyweds drove to Point Lonsdale Cemetery to fill her in on their special day. We have so many precious memories of one of the most special days of our lives; and they were all captured by Lyndel and Daniel from Lost in Love Photography in their unique style,” says Bridgette.
