We featured this super fun styled shoot in our annual Styling Handbook last year and have been in love with it ever since! Inspired by an urban rooftop space and bright pops of colour, this city soirée is fresh, fun and a little cheeky!
“I love urban weddings!” says Hope & Lace stylist Erin. “We started with our rooftop venue. It had a beautiful view, so we brought in colour for the table to add a playful touch.” The modern, romantic edge that saturates this stylish celebration was created with a unique colour palette of fuchsia, gold, crisp white, peach, crimson and fresh waxy green: providing the ideal basis for the lush florals and fun stationery. A gorgeous grey textured tablecloth is layered with a sheer polka dot runner, while hedges of florals with gold tea lights add a touch of luxurious style. Glass beaded charger plates take centre stage, accented with gold cutlery and classic crystal wine glasses. The addition of balloons and neon signage add to the perfectly playful party atmosphere.
