This perfect pair envisioned an intimate, romantic celebration filled with fresh flowers and the warm glow of candlelight.
“I love flowers,” exclaims Natasha. “I imagined flowers hanging above the dance floor, suspended over the bridal table and overflowing from tables. Even though we had a large reception, I wanted it to feel warm and intimate. Decorations by Jelena nailed it. They did more than I could have imagined!”
Their ceremony was held under the rotunda in Miramare Gardens. The bride was glorious in her strapless lace gown. “I’m quite curvy so I wanted something fitted and a bit sexy,” she reveals. “The minute I tried it on, I knew it was the one.” She carried an effortless bouquet of soft pink blooms, entering through a petal-filled aisle. Flanked by her maids in soft blush gowns and surrounded by their closest family and friends, they were pronounced husband and wife to joyous applause.
With their reception venue mere footsteps away, they were able to begin the celebrations immediately. “We started with canapés and drinks and then had a three-course seated meal. The food was amazing,” notes Natasha. Decorations by Jelena gave the reception venue a glamorous enchanted garden vibe, adding masses of fresh blooms in white, burgundy and blush.
“We had sequinned runners with vintage style jars filled with flowers. The large floral feature above the bridal table, and the floral chandelier above the dance floor were some of my favourite elements,” recalls Natasha. Plenty of candlelight and the soft twinkling of fairy lights added warmth. A decadent trio of buttercream cakes topped with fresh flowers was the sweet end to the sweetest day.
