Watch celebrity chefs create heavenly desserts, indulgent treats and tantalising baked goods in the delicious Kitchen by KitchenAid. Plan the demos you’d like to see here whether it’s an indulgent twix cake, gluten free passionfruit syrup cakes or a two tier floating M&M’s illusion cake!
Learn cake decorating tips, tricks and skills from the professionals including ruffling, 3D bows, lustre effects, royal icing stencilling and more! Or try your own hand at cake decorating and baking with hands on cake decorating workshops, bakery classrooms, cake decorating classrooms and make & take classes.
As well as practical and interactive shows and classes there are loads of displays to see, including a life-size wedding chapel made out of cake! The Cake, Bake & Sweets Show is on in Melbourne Friday 3rd October – Sunday 5th October from 10am-5pm each day at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
