Situated at Pyrmont’s Jones Bay Wharf, boasting a number of coveted awards and rustic interior celebrating the site’s industrial-maritime heritage, Flying Fish serves up spectacular views and outstanding events.  Flying Fish is set over two levels with an iconic Sydney setting where you can utilise the entire restaurant for sit-down events with up to 140 guests or cocktail parties for up to 200 guests.
