Set to change the face of the bridal industry, Wedding and Events of Australia introduces a brand new initiative allowing businesses across Australia the opportunity to be recognised and awarded for excellence in service and quality under the new ‘Diamond Standard’.
This is an extremely exciting time for WEOA as well as the bridal industry, the new structure of the Wedding Industry Professional Awards (WIPA), allows all businesses eligible who enter the chance to be awarded with one, two or three diamonds based on scores they received from our judging panel from various facets of their business. Having enlisted some of the country’s finest business executives, our panel will access all areas of the business from branding and marketing, customer service, ethics, passion, financial goals and plans in place to achieve those as well as a general business overview – from a strategic and creative perspective.
The new diamond standard has been developed to encourage our WEOA members to grow and develop their businesses while they continue to strive for excellence in their field, the feedback provided by each of the judges will become invaluable to each of our members in helping them achieve unlimited success in their business.
The annual WIPA Awards will be held on the following dates:
Melbourne – 19th July 2015 at the Grand Hyatt
Sydney – 23rd August 2015 at Doltone House, Darling Island
Brisbane – 27th September 2015 at the Hilton Hotel
