Where is Flaxton Gardens?
Flaxton Gardens is located in Queensland’s beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland only minutes from Montville, overlooking the vast stretching beaches of the Sunshine Coast.

What type of venue is it?
We are a ‘jack of all trades’ venue and cater for restaurant dining, functions and small to large scale weddings. We are also known for our high tea selection in the Restaurant – popular for baby showers, bridal showers and hens parties.
What spaces are available for weddings?
We have two main venues available at Flaxton Gardens: The Restaurant (for parties of 30-60) and Winery which caters for up to 160 seated or 300 standing (cocktail-style).
Do you offer special wedding packages?
We believe every wedding package created at Flaxton Gardens is special – no one wedding is the same! The best way to create a custom package is to have a wedding consultation and tell us about your desires and dreams for the day. We aim to make every Bride’s wedding dreams become a reality.
Do you offer on-site accommodation?
We have three excellent accommodation options at Flaxton Gardens: The Apartment, located upstairs above the restaurant (sleeps 8) and is included for Winery weekend weddings. For Restaurant weddings, or weekday Winery weddings, it is optional to take. Secondly, we have Flaxton Grove, our luxurious manor home situated just a short stroll from the venue. This sleeps 16! Lastly, our country cottage-style Flaxton Gable caters for 10 guests and is directly across the road from the venue.
How do you get to the venue?
Guests usually come to us either by car or by bus. (If by bus, this is usually pre-arranged by the bride and groom for their guests). Oh – and we have also had helicopter arrivals for both Restaurant lunches and weddings… so you could always come by that, too!
