You may remember recently on MasterChef, a chef from Sweet Infinity, Leanne Beck, instructed the Masterclass on how to make her sensational desert, Rhubarb Trifle with Champagne Jelly and Mascarpone. Top 24 contestant, Kate described the desert as “would have to be the best trifle I’ve ever had.”

Here is a glimpse of her latest work, catering a beautiful event at the opulent Strand Arcade in Sydney’s CBD. The event was for Camp Quality Supper Club. The dinner was designed beautifully and there are some great ideas for a vintage/glamour theme.
A beautiful event for a great cause, we love how this event was designed and the catering is not only from a MasterChef professor but also looks divine! My mouth is watering, how about yours?
