100mls of fresh ruby grapefruit juice
Lemon juice
30mls vodka
Simple syrup
Mineral water
Crushed ice
M E T H O D
Mix the grapefruit juice, lemon juice, vodka, and one teaspoon simple syrup together. Stir in the mineral water. Place some crushed ice into the glass and fill with the cocktail mixture. Adjust to taste with some simple syrup for extra sweetness. #yum!
