We’re all feeling particularly girly and glam today, it must be something in the air, or the fact that we’re all a bunch of girly girls who work on a wedding magazine… either way there’s been lots of lipgloss, cute notepads, cups of tea and gorgeous wedding style happening in the Modern Wedding offices today. So I thought I’d share a bit of this feminine inspiration and styling savvy with an inspiration board. Traditionally weddings are white, but there’s something so sweet and pretty about pink. It’s the perfect accent colour, be it soft rose, blush, cerise, fuschia or coral. Pink is the colour of love! In design terms it’s often used to denote playfulness, tenderness, femininity and charm. Get romantic by incorporating a little pretty-in-pink into your wedding colour palette.
