“My fiance and I only have enough budget for flowers for EITHER the ceremony OR the reception. I really want both, but we’ve literally exhausted all avenues and have almost nothing left. I don’t know what to do! The ceremony is really the important part of the wedding, but everyone will spend most of their time at the reception. Which one do I go for? Ceremony flowers? Or Reception flowers?” #mwdilemma
Dilemma of the Day:
“Hi my fiancé and I have been engaged almost 3 years. I was pregnant when he proposed and we never had an engagement party. Is it too late to have one?
There’s also a lot of pressure on us to get married, family and friends are always asking. We are moving house and want to have another child in the next year or so and I don’t want the hassle of planning a wedding. (Really don’t want to be pregnant on my wedding day). Should I just bite the bullet and get married or wait a while?” #MWDilemma

“So the issue is with my husband-to-be’s family. His uncle and aunt split a long time ago and do not talk. Nor does my husband-to-be’s cousin (their daughter) talk to her dad either. He was not at her wedding, to which we attended all day.
Both parties have been wonderful to us and we love them both dearly, but it is becoming a ‘I’m not going if they’re going’ situation! What do we do! We don’t want anyone to be excluded!” #mwdilemma

“My fiance was raised by his step mom but always felt like the black sheep and it’s kinda obvious that she treats him differently. He wants nothing to do with the mother-son dance. Has anyone else skipped the mother-son dance even though their mother/mother in law was at the wedding? Did you tell them ahead of time it wasn’t happening? How did it play out for you? I’m terrified this will be the start of a family feud” #mwdilemma
