More often than not, beachside weddings feature soft and subdued colour palettes that work with bleached sand and rustic nautical tones. While that is a beautiful look, we’re celebrating the release of our latest issue of Modern Wedding Magazine, the colour issue, with a rich, jewel-toned beach inspiration shoot.
Stylist Jelena of Decorations By Jelena was inspired by the idea of a shipwreck. The lush jewel-toned colour palette of the decor and flowers is perfectly paired with large jewelled accessories, a pooling Norma Bridal Couture gown and vintage look crystal and silver tableware.
The look is a mix of boho, beach and vintage and is ever so alluring. Vibrant violets and blues pop when set against the backdrop of the fading sun over the ocean, and reveal the most beautiful treasure of all – the glowing bride.
