The Hunter Valley Wine Country must be synonymous with romance, because there hasn’t been one Hunter wedding that hasn’t made my heart flutter.
Samantha and Brett’s beautiful celebration was captured by the amazing Chris from atdusk photography. The images and styling of the wedding have embraced the beauty, warmth and passion of the vineyards in such an elegant way… a purely lovely way.
Samantha and Brett had decided they would marry each other only one year after being with each other and made the engagement official when they were on holiday in Hawaii.
The couple chose to marry in the romantic Hunter Valley, “we loved the Hunter Valley as it was a special place we had visited early on in our relationship and loved the natural beauty of it” said Samantha,
From the bride:
“It was the most magical day, despite the rain and wind it was truly a dream come true! My friend who is a classical guitarist played while the canapes were served by the fire and candleabras. Everyone commented on how beautiful the ceremony was in the sandstone chapel and the how emotional the readings were. It was particularly special as guests had travelled from London, Sydney, Perth, Queensland, North and South America, Africa and Germany.
The planning all went smoothly, Brett helped a great deal in the planning of the wedding, overseeing the music, food and wine.”
They married 25th September 2011 with 65 guests at Peppers Creek Chapel and Barrel Room.
