6 Week Wedding Skincare Plan

WEEK 1

It’s important in the first week of any skin treatment plan to focus on activating the deeper layers of the skin. By targeting these layers you create a good base for your skin and improve the overall results of your skincare plan.

We suggest the LA CAPSULE FACIAL (60 min) to start as it restores and moisturises the core layers of the skin, whilst plumping fine lines for a firmer radiant complexion. Apply the boosters daily after cleansing to maintain the nourishing effects of the facial.

WEEK 2

For many brides, one of the key areas of concern are the eyes, whether it’s the dark circles under the eyes or the fine lines. The key here is to start treatment for these areas early to give your skin the best chance to revive. We love the DERMOSTHETIQUE ANTI-AGE PATCH GEL LIFTANT eye patches (RRP: $103.50), which soothe and calm the eye area. It will also reduce the appearance of dark circles and fine lines. Simply apply the patches under the eye for 10 mins to see results.

WEEK 3

Week 3 is a good time to focus on the body. Often we get so caught up in treating the face, that we neglect the rest of our skin. Once again, we recommend starting with a professional in-salon treatment, so you can then build on the care at home. The BODY SATIN WRAP (45 min) treatment begins with a full body dry exfoliation to gently remove dead skin from the body. You will be enveloped by exclusive oils that penetrate into the skin to quench the body with nourishment. Once wrapped, you will receive a relaxing scalp massage and the treatment will end in a light massage. Skin will be left smooth, soft and supple.

WEEK 4

To maintain the beautiful smooth feeling of your skin after the Body Satin Wrap, use the home care SPA range. With these products you can create a treatment like experience, all within the comfort of your own home.

Step 1: Using circular motions, massage LE PEELING (RRP: $50.00) on to damp skin (for a more intensive scrub, apply directly to dry skin).

Step 2: Rinse the scrub with the soothing shower and bath gel LA BAIN (RRP: $34.00)

Step 3: Dry your skin, then finish with the invigorating LE LAIT (RRP$44.00)

WEEK 5

With only one week to go, your skin should be feeling its absolute best! This week you just want to maintain the status quo of your skin regime to avoid any breakouts. Keep using the LA CAPSULE LIPID SERUMS under your moisturiser and the DERMOSTHETIQUE ANTI-AGE PATCH GEL LIFTANT daily. Remember sleep, regular exercise and a healthy diet will improve your blood circulation and as a result your skin.

WEEK 6

It’s the week of your wedding! Now is the perfect time to refine the outer layers of the skin and treat your fingers and toes. We recommend a skin firming treatment for a more fresh, radiant look.
