Look and feel effortlessly gorgeous with these four easy and beautiful beach wedding hairstyles
A beautiful boho, beach wedding is a day of love and celebration, sea, sun and sand, but also wind and humidity, which we all know often doesn’t mix too well with styled hair. Naturally the elements will cause wispies to fly out and for your hair to become a little rough around the edges. Don’t count on your sleek bun or hair sprayed waves to stay put for too long. Instead, plan ahead for the elements so it looks natural and seamless and is not something you have to worry about on your big day.
Hairstyles for beach weddings are where your childhood dreams of being a mermaid can shine through. Think braids, loose waves, flower crowns and gorgeous natural textures. Beachy hairstyles should seamlessly match with the generally boho, lace and free-flowing styles of the gown and decor, exuding elegance and effortlessness.
Half Up
The half up style is a gorgeous and sure way to ensure all of your hair doesn’t go flying into your face while your saying your vows, and it can be done in so many lovely ways – a one or two sided plait or fishtail pulled back to create a crown look fit for a princess, or just hair cleanly slicked back. A gorgeous touch to the half up is either minimalist or large statement flowers woven into your hair. It can be personalised, whether it be tucked back into a bun, a pony or a plait, using flowers throughout or even a beehive top or flat. Make it your own!

Messy Up-Do
The messy up-do allows you to beat the wind, making it as loose or tight, and as wispy as you want. It can be done low, high or to the side and is an effortless style that allows you to play with your own natural textures and colours to make it look like you rolled out of bed and threw your hair in a bun. And if the wind and humidity make it a little messier, no one will notice. Again, gorgeous woven flowers, or braids, can add an extra layer of sophistication to the look.
